1. Responsibilities:

- Manage company's website, youtube channel, and Facebook page: Deploy digital marketing activities on online channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, Website and other Digital channels.

- Lead (contact) extraction from internal and satellite sites.

- Statistics, analysis of advertising data to make reasonable adjustments, increase the effectiveness of direct advertising: Increase or Reduce cost/Lead.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of Online Marketing activities for products and propose highly effective solutions.

- Manage social networking sites and build content including articles, images, and videos... posted on Fanpage and website

- Write articles to maintain and care for the website and Fanpage to increase the number of visits and increase potential customers.

- Design images for marketing and communication activities on the company's digital channels (website, newsletter, Facebook, Youtube, ...)

- Planning and implementing the organization of events, customer conferences, seminars...

- Planning and proposing product marketing direction.

- Actively support the Sales department in all field activities related to Marketing and propose to adjust the trade marketing plan if necessary to adapt to the changes of the business situation and actual competition.

- Perform other duties as directed by superiors.

2. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in communication and marketing. Have a thorough knowledge of marketing

- Knowledge and experience in using digital tools and digital communication channels

- Proficiently use Facebook Ads, Google Ads and measure effectiveness.

- Ability to create quality, creative advertising content.

- Understanding of SEO, social networks, online communication tools.

- Skilled in PS, AI, ...

- Ability to plan, report, present, and present ideas

- Negotiation and communication skills; working group; persuasive communication; handle situations

- High creativity, good writing, good aesthetics, sharp thinking, love Marketing work
